Meagan Gates, APRN, FNP-BC, Certified Injector
Meg is the owner of Glow Aesthetics and Wellness. She started the business in August 2021, after 9 years of nursing, and 3 years as a Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care. Certified by AMET and trained by Galderma and Allergan, she stays on top of the ever changing aesthetics industry. She is a certified Inmode Specialist, PCA trained, and has participated in trainings by top injectors including Dr. NIchols in Greenwich CT. She lives in East Lyme with her husband and son. She loves to travel and spend time at home with her family and animals.
She serves as the medical director.
Angelina Welch, MSN-RN, Certified Injector
Angie joined us in 2022, and now runs most of the business. Trained in Allergan and Galderma, she continues her education by attending local trainings on dermal fillers and neurotoxin. She is also Inmode certified as well as a CPR/First Aid Instructor with the American Red Cross. She has an extensive background in Emergency Medicine and Healthcare Management. She runs both the IV infusions and hormone replacement program here at the office! She lives here in town with her husband Steve and 2 dogs!
Kaelynn Lavigne, Esthetician and Lash Tech
Kaelynn is our Esthetician and Lash Artist. She specializes in Hydrafacials and Volume/Classic Lash Extensions. She also does waxing, Japanese Headspa, lash lift and tint, brow tints, brow laminations and more! She is also co-owner of Stakk'd Permanent Jewelry which also has a home here at Glow Aesthetics! When not at work, you will find her coaching cheerleading, and making reels! She is recently certified in SunnaSmile Spray Tans
Gina Paternostro, APRN, Certified Injector
Gina is a Nurse Practitioner, who comes with almost 40 years experience as a nurse, with experiences in cardiac care and immunology. She has been a Family Nurse Practitioner since 1998, recently working in Gastroenterology. She is a certified injector, specializing in neurotoxins and dermal fillers. Her favorite procedure is micro-needling, helping clients achieve a more youthful glow. She lives in Niantic, CT with her family.
